Please note that items must be in clean, hygienic condition to qualify for a return under our comfort guarantee.
Return Process

Reach out to our customer service team via phone or email within your 90-night sleep trial period to initiate your return or exchange request.
- 2.Schedule Inspection
A team member will perform a brief remote or in-person inspection to ensure the mattress is free of stains, tears, or damage.
- 3.Arrange Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our delivery partners to pick up the mattress directly from your home.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
After the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply credit toward your new selection.
